Shipping Rates & Delivery:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Packaging:
All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Delays & Lost Packages:
Izzy Lou Art is not responsible for carrier delays. Please contact the shipping carrier first if your package is delayed or marked delivered but not received.

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please email izzylouart@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
